65: time to hit the road

Another thing to know about Friedrichshain: It includes a few-block area known in the guides as a "gastro Mile" - a street on which every door is a cafe or restaurant or bar, where you can generally find "puking tourists". Huh. We haven't encountered any puke, but Friday and Saturday nights it was pretty overrun:

Also, there's a square 'Boxhagener Platz' that hosts a farmer's market on Saturdays and a flea market on Sundays. Quite nice!

On a related note, there is a noticeable homeless population and a lot of garbage strewn about.
